If this expansion of corporate presence really hits the ground "a runnin", I will be able to afford the Iposite fees if I'm really interested. It will be harder for CVIA to make a profit if everything is free for the non-street name shareholders--(besides, its more convenient for me to leave most of my shares with my broker).

My most immediate wish, however, is to increase the underlying value so that we can get the heck off the BBBBBBBBBBBB. Rich.

Some people just can't stand the thought that someone knows something that they don't. They just ignore the fact that if they knew and took action on it they could go to jail. AND... never mind the fact that they would become the very people that they complain about.

...still think you're doin' a fine job.

Best of luck,
George

Keith, I have a question that you may or may not be able to "guess" at.

The current OS for CVIA is ~500K. Sometime down the road CVIA may (will) have the opportunity to be listed on a major exchange. Let's assume that most of the warrants are exercised and we end up with about 750,000 to 1,000,000 common shares outstanding (this is just a rounded guess).

750K - 1,000K is not a big number of outstanding shares.

Do you foresee a forward split (2 to 1 or 3 to 1) to get more shares in the hands of investors?

Thanks,

Mike
