Well there are some other things to be considered, the 150,000 Preferred shares are about to be activated, these alone are equal to 1,500,000 common shares. So even if no other warrant or no other shares are ever issued. We will meet exchange requirements in the share count aspect.

This is another issue that keeps cropping up from time to time and that is forward splits, we could do one, but that throws the un-exchanged warrants out of balance. In other words if we do a 2 to 1 forward the stock price would be around $1.50 and the warrants would be out of the money again, this is just one more reason I would like to see them retired as as fast as possible... all the people that have exchanged their warrants are pushing for a forward split, and the guys that still have warrants are wanting to keep things status quo.
With the being the case we are keeping things status quo, but a forward split would help solve these crazy spreads and low volume stuff, not to mention cover all out standing shares listing requirements for most stock exchanges.
