lakers, a few points to your comments...........

a. i believe PMA is successful and will only grow in success. in three months this thing has been released and distributed through major distribution channels. the product is selling.

b. the compusa recall is said to have been for packaging which if true, is more a positive than negative. the product itself hasn't been recalled.

c. as for the AOL suit, i still contend that the company will pursue this to it's end and quite frankly AOL should reassess it's potential outcome here. if you read the posts here i don't think people are saying stop the suit i think they're saying let the attorneys handle it and let managemet focus on business. maybe that's happening. but if it were then my next points probably wouldn't be needed.

b. where's the name change? wasn't it going to be capscape? or is it and i just missed it.

d. where's reporting status? so when PMA flies (and imho that's weeks not months) the investment community won't hesitate to take a stake.

e. where's financing? see d above.

f. why aren't we leveraging our stake in these other companies we've purchased to strengthen our web presence. new on-line investment banking services are popping up on the web. why don't we have a web-based capscape like product? not feasible? no interest? what?

just some thoughts. this little bb company has too much strength at the top to flounder. i'd just like to know that they are focused on the goals of the company and not distracted by the likes of AOL.

i also believe the comments on this thread have been constructive, for the most part. while i wouldn't expect the company to wholesale embrace them, i would expect the company to refocus and respond. and further, i would hope that response is in effort! cheers.
