I have had any number of dealings with ONSL customer service, all great. Doesn't mean anything to the gentleman on this thread, but I believe it illustrates the point that you can not draw a pattern from one persons experience. C'mon, I've had bad CS from Toyota, didn't stop me from buying another....

We are beating this subject to death in the wrong forum. Let it go already. Go vent in a newsgroup, where you will find far more people
happy with ONSLs CS. I know. I've been reading them for well over a year.
