Thanks for the info. It's not unusual for CEO's to be on the boards of many companies. But as you correctly point out, those activities should be drastically cut back due to the current situation at INPR. All his energies should be used here. Unless he has no idea of how to turn INPR around; then it makes perfect sense to get as much outside consultant money and board privilege money as possible.

It's not rare to see CEOs or officials on several boards, though.

The real issue is what is Dilbert gonna do for INPR's earnings.
ORCL's erp should help INPR's bottom line, but I have no idea
what his plans are for share holders any more.
