Hello AT. Agree that it can't go much lower. We're already pretty close to zero. After deducting commissions, it could possibly be a sub-zero trade.

Have to believe that a company with the wherewithal of Astra would bother to mention Muse if they didn't intend for it to be a part of their product arsenal. I'm counting on it. At the same time, I fully expect Astra to negotiate the absolutely, positively best deal for their shareholders. I'm thinking it could prove to be a reality check for the likes of LW and the other VVUS board members.

I seriously doubt that VVUS if going to survive. My guess is that they become part of a conglomerate. That could be the sticking point in the negotiations. We should know soon enough. Regards.

Alien,

I doubt there is anyone here who seriously followed Vivus since 1997 who would have expected a sub $6.00 Vivus.

I remember the infamous DR BOND whose posts initially sparked an interest for me in this stock.

I remember last spring when Vivus broke below 8 and I had a conversation with him. He didn't see much more downside potential from the high 7's and then the CRUT upgrade gave us a quick double back over 14.

These small cap NASDAQ stock are tough to figure out. They do not follow a whole lot of logic. How can we justify a $2 Vivus at this point in time as compared to a $40 Vivus in early 1997 before a single quarter of product sales were reported? I'm sure we can go over a whole bunch of companies that have much worse fundamentals and trade above 10.

I just hate watching a small company that produces a product that helps humanity get crushed thanks to all the manipulation that has occurred. Certainly Wilson's mistakes haven't helped but I still don't think they justify a $2.00 stock. Maybe a $6 to $7 stock but not a $2 to $3 stock.
