steve, you got it wrong...as we have discussed here, $40 for athm, then $9.95 for aol because user "brings his/her own access"...for example, we don't have a local aol #, so we access aol for $ 9.95 through our local ISP by using TCP/IP connection...local isp charge is $20....Aol never charges customers who brings own access full price (22.95) even those who access aol thru @HOME. Aol wants to see $40 for broadband AOL as an alternative to $40 for ATHM.

Hi !

In canada, AT Home, splits it 's 40 $ / month fee with the cable company, rogers in this case.

It could do the same with AOL.
