Michael - you are right. I forgot about the $10 without net access deal. Thus you just reduce the figures as to what is split. However I dont know what you mean by -"Aol wants to
see $40 for broadband AOL as an alternative to $40 for ATHM"

AOL is not an "allternative" ATHM - they have no broadband access, so they will have to deal or be doomed to being a thing of the past.
