As I said in the part of the my earlier post on this subject that you ignored, the self- defense excuse can justify any kind of fraud on the court, since every defendant is trying to avoid incarceration or a fine, and every civil defendant is trying to avoid an adverse judgment. Therefore, on your theory, the legal system should become a mere arena. We go from Michelle's "all's fair in politics" to your "alls' fair in the courtroom". The country, meanwhile, goes down the tubes.

First of all I did not call you extreme. I find you are more measured and reasonable than a lot of other Clinton supporters. Second, the justice system is set up by run and executed by humans. Humans do make mistakes from time to time. Its not a perfect system and never will be. JLA
