I was under the impression that Benz had said April??? Or at least one of Cantwells predecesors attributed that to Benz... Seems that Benz is the only person that can answer the filing question. The Rubenstein reps appear to be nice enough young men that really know very little. So when pressed they BS a little so as not to appear complete idiots. Is Benz accessable?
