The stocks I have selected are stocks that have future, not the kind of high flyers that have no substance to back them up.

As you noted, my list is heavy on cable modem speed technology. I truly believe this is the area we are going to see the biggest increase in revenue, earning and growth. My top pick is ATHM which I recommended this stock the moment it went public at around $20. You can go and see my message on ATHM thread in the very beginning. Those who listened have made a fortune so far.

I am sure any tech savvy person knows that the most frustrating thing is the speed. I, myself, get very impatient every time I have to wait for pictures to be downloaded on my screen. Sometimes it is so slow that I could have jogged a mile and come back, and it is still downloading!

So there's no question in my mind that ATHM ( BRCM, CSCO, CMTO and the like ) is going to benefit from the speed boom. ATHM is only offered in very limited area and my area is not offered yet. I have called last year and to be on waiting list once the service becomes available in my area. I can tell you that the waiting list for various areas is long.... lots of people are waiting for ATHM service to arrive at their door step.

When I pick ATHM, it means I also pick TCI and AT & T since they will soon be one. New ceo at AT & T is savvy enough to buy TCI; here's a smart guy who can see the future lies in speed. Mark my words, ATHM is going to be AT & T's crown jewel.
