I wonder how many subscribers @Home has to outrage in order to create the word-of-mouth impression that the service is questionable. I think we're into the 1% level now ... my impression is that more than 3,000 subscribers are now ready to switch immediately if another option appears. I myself am forced into a gut-check on the ethical consistency of my position in this company. I suppose I am not alone. But, I suppose this means nothing.
