Dorine, I know. I bought a Dell PC for my sister-in-law for Christmas on 12/16/98 at 10 P.M. It was built and shipped on 12/17/98 at 11 P.M., 25 hours later. That is service! After experience the Dell customer service process first hand I now appreciate the stock even more. This was similar to my experience I had when I went on the factory tour on July 16, 1998 before the annual meeting. After the tour I bought another 2000 shares and called my wife and told her to sell everything she owns and buy more Dell.

Quick question:

By your post, it sounds like you've recommended a DVD. Would you mind explaining to me what advantages come with the DVD. All I've been able to find so far is that it holds more data. Thanks, PW.
