LOL!!

On len grasso's Enviromental (no, it is not misspelled!) thread, when people were talking about the problem of deer overmultiplying in parts of the Northeast to the extent of posing a danger to themselves and to motorists, I offered my recipe for venison ragout. Talk about throwing a fox among the pigeons! LOL!

(If you are not aware of it, len is vegetarian.)

Aren't deer starving to death from overpopulating increasingly suburban and even urban areas? Wasn't there a moose who turned up in Manhattan last year?

I wouldn't hunt myself, but I do believe there is a possible benefit in culling deer and other wildlife so that there is less overall suffering.
