Mr. Ultimate Investor - I stated that these were rumors that I had heard regarding an SBC contract for AFCI equipment. I am not starting rumors but stating that if they are true, SBC needs to obtain the stated approvals first. I read a posting on the YAHOO board that SBC was ready to provide AFCI a large order. My only point for posting the SBC story is that IF such a rumor were true, then SBC must obtain the above mention approvals. Isn't it interesting that SBC had a story today that these approvals are on the fast track to get heard and it appears that SBC may indeed receive these agency approvals. I am a long term AFCI investor and it is my view that only one solid Baby Bell contract like SBC or Bell Atlantic if obtained by AFCI will make this a $20 stock. To summarize, my basis for the SBC rumor is from the Yahoo thread and it is probably groundless but it is interesting to this investor that we get a SBC story on the wire stating that pending PUC and FCC approvals they..."plan to begin their network build out". This would mean large capital expenditures by SBC and perhaps orders for AFCI. EKS
