My take is we need a change in The Constitution. A vote on whether or not guilty- then a vote on punishment. Our Constitution is a living document and has had many changes throughout the years.

You all still can't post the poll; the question and the percentage breakdown. If you leave out the question; who knows what percentages you are quoting. You folks so much equate lying with perjury that you might not have noticed the question was lie under oath, not perjury.
