I NEED HELP! Recently I was confined to the hospital and today I received the bill and a letter. The letter starts out..."Thank you for the opportunity to serve your medical needs". When I make my payment I want to send them a note explaining that thinking I was on my "death bed",I didn't think of this being an opportunity for them being pleased with having my "business". Responses to what I can say in my letter will be appreciated and you can "thank me" for this opportunity to be of assistance.
