Qwik: this response from the Judge is classic, I practically rolled over laughing after reading it. Can you imagine what it must have looked like in court? It must have been like a Comedy club.

"It was just the latest stumble for Rosen, Microsoft's general manager for new technology. His performance on Monday so damaged his credibility that, as the trial reopened this morning and company lawyer Michael Lacovara was about to begin his redirect to try and rehabilitate Rosen, a chipper Judge Jackson greeted Lacovara by rumbling, ''It's always inspiring to watch young people embark on heroic endeavors.'' "

Last week it was the video-tape problem. MSFT said the one in court was incorrect. A spokesman later said it was correct. Last I heard they had to make new video tape.

I would like to yell at the MSFT executive who said that it was easy to load Netscape from AOL. He demonstrated to judge how easy it was.

Well, we didn't find it easy. Hubby even called AOL. And although he followed AOL's steps, we are stuck with the unreliable MSFT browser.

If I don't find out how to replace MSFT browser with Netscape browser through AOL, I am going to cancel my subscription with AOL.
