I'm going to refer you to this excellent post from ztech who really does a great job of explaining why TSIG shareholders hang(or buy) with the stock despite all the obvious flaws in the share structure.

I can understand how in many eyes this stock would pale when compared to a stock like ROMT/EGAM but I do see the business plan as sound. Actual profits may be closer than you might think for TSIG.
