Mary, Re: What would it take for you to believe that Bill Clinton's behavior toward certain types of women, especially the one's named above, are criminal? You pulled an old post of mine on this topic, I guess this Ms. Broaderick will be on TV tomorrow so I can better answer this after seeing her. Fwiw I have no doubt that Clinton has some sort of problem with his sexual behavior, I mean who has 300 affairs that doesn't have a problem? But you asked if this is criminal and that is my problem, I don't believe any of this behavior was criminal, I don't think anybody can rape 300 women and get away with it, remember Clinton was not president then and these were sucessful women - for example remember that beauty queen brought down Mike Tyson, it can be done if a man is abusive, and it will be done. The difference between Tyson and Clinton is that Tyson truly was a rapist, Clinton was not although he does solicit these women and probably lies to them. The republicans have been acting like the sex police and even more scary, the sex roles police for almost 10 years now and I don't know about you but Rush Limbaugh is not a man I want deciding my future for me thank you very much. This situation with Clinton is much more about Barr, Hyde, Limbaugh and other right wing nuts extending their reach WAY beyond where they should be than it is about Clinton. If people are really concerned about Clinton and only that, heres what I propose. Let Clinton serve out his term and then get a class action suit together or something, but wait until he is out of office - then, if this is really about Clinton that will be it. Of course I don't think it is entirely Clinton, I think they are using Clinton's behavior as a way of propelling their sick values upon us all and so the republicans will be far less interested in persuing Clinton once he is a private citizen.
