If you're considering it, then call and ask your own questions. Price of PP: I don't care though it gives us a chance to buy more cheap shares.

Does anyone know who the Transfer Agent is? If so, has anyone called? Can we verify the O/S.

On the PP, my guess is this. There were 65 million shares (as stated by VOLK) early in 1998. We're up 30 million shares for $1 million that would be 0.03 per share. Could be less but I'll bet that's about right. If it was done by AW, then AW shold the shares to their shareholders (including myself). Don't think much of AW but I do like the prospects for MVEE. If they were sold to shareholders, then their price might have been 0.04 or more. In fact, when the PP first was offerred I was offerred shares at 0.10 by AW. Price was then about 0.14 as I recall.

I just realized who the shareholder PROBABLY is!! It must be AW themselves. They closed down the Florida operation and have done questionable activities (IMHO) so the FEDS may be forcing them to sell. Any comments?

If so, AW probably got the shares at 0.03 or so.

Comments anyone?
