For GA Bard,

Dear Gary,

I for one never doubted your honesty or sincerity!

Hope you pull out of it financially; aided by a rejuvenated/trading
MIDL that enables all of us to realize some dollars and cut our losses.

This was certainly a lesson in INVESTING #1 for me.

Kindest regards, Jim Cole

P.S. Does anybody know anything about current status of filings AND
a MM to resume trading?

I have not kept up to much with it ... Until it resumes trading there is not much that can be said. At least the WSJ got in touch with the new CEO. I have my shares still. Unlike some that sold off and then want to flame the stock. If it resumes then yes the warrants are tradable but not quite saure of the split or anything else like the conversion. Will have to wait for the filings to see what will happen. I only need this stock to come back probably worst than anyone. Just have to let things take there course.

Just have to keep plugging along ... Doing really well though trading other stocks ... Well on my way to recovering financially with some good picks in the past months. Still be diligent with my DD and no more than ever I trust absolutely no one ... I just trade on my own DD and keep my mouth shut. Too much work right now to realy post a lot.

Hopefully soon, I will be reunited with Tweety.
