I guess I will never figure out what is going on with this company. I can tell you that it was confirmed with the Transfer Agent that LTGL has not issued any more shares. The issued shares still stands at 3,581,087. I don't know where the 238,000 or so shares traded today came from. I guess I will never figure this company out. When I defend the company, it turns out they are issuing more shares and when I am ready to jump down Spencer's throat it turns out he is not issuing more shares.
