well you are right if you're comparing apples to oranges. David was right in saying the shares increased by over 200Million... when you compare OUTSTANDING SHARES TO OUTSTANDING SHARES.... the 750Million number was what we had for AUTHORIZED share count.

Great point! 820 million only requires a total of 4100 investors to purchase 200,000 shares at an average of around 4 grand each. I've got mine! Now to find the other 4099, which shouldn't be to hard! I belive! GO PRWT! Long and loving it!
