My notes: - You know the OS shares. - Financials by Q2 - RMC is wholly owned - Boca office to open this weekend - No reverse split planned - IT plans more offices no info on where at this time - No plans for reverse at this time - Press releases will be out in near future with more info in next week or two - Name change and 1 for 1 exchange - IT and Internet Group are profitable, Healthcorp Q1 - Applied for symbol change (don't have new one established as yet) - PR planned about the open house - No plans regarding insurance company - One share class, Common - Panam is Nevada Corp, PRWT is Delaware Corp. - Plan to become fully reporting company - Sign up for deao.com e-mail at the site. - Internet Group provides hosting and shortly will become ISP - Website update will occur within 2 weeks (moved and under constant care of Internet Group) - AHG looking for opportunity in other CA countries - IG just purchased additional equipment - Goal to open bank in US - Bank in South America is "good idea"
