Jud, good post.
for me this means it is hopeless.
AOL will not settle and this will last forever.
BNEZ is going to lose all energy an money against
wind mills.
I am now convinced that for a company, anything
which is not in the business plan is a mistake.

Jud,

Sometimes you want to add more defendants because you KNOW someone is to blame but you're not sure what the court will decide. Any and all possible parties should be included in the lawsuit.
