You can bet I am going to be on the phone tomorrow and be shooting off numerous emails. It is bullshit that they would not go into anything significant and yet would mention the change in shares outstanding without any explanation. If the forum wasn't right for disclosing concrete information, it sure as hell wasn't the right place to drop this outstanding shares bomb. If they are restricted shares, which I doubt in light of lack of movement lately on recent volume, then they should have talked about the float still remaining unchanged. Since they didn't put it this way, I assume they are new shares now trading. Bob
