And what about the most important - Lucent? Aren't they also partnered with VocalTec?

I recently talked to an ISP who has a very strong interest on Voice over IP. In fact I was lucky enough to be able to wear a badge and walk around their facility. They were testing several Vocaltec products but said they did not work too well. In fact they had already decided to purchase a competitors box. According to what they said, Vocaltec said their new generation box was coming out. Unfortunately the current boxes left a bad taste and they can't wait. I tried to take a peek at which model Vocaltec they were using but I couldn't get a good visual. They didn't even have a big label stating the Vocaltec name. Tomorrow I'm going to call and find out whose box they decided to buy from. Sorry for the disappointing news.
