To All: Integrity is what I heard! Face it, they inherited a monster load of stock aquiring PRWT. 211 million shares was not a lot to ask, considering they are not going to reverse split. Did anyone ask if they were going to advertise on EBAY, I hear thats good for 35% increase! HAHAHAHAHA!

I disagree. Does the company know this was shared with us? Laura was the moderator, not John. She dropped this on us without any explanation. Maybe she didn't know that the shareholders have been told time and time again that there are only 609M outstanding. Doesn't matter though. They should have given more information with that "bomb". If they didn't feel it appropriate to give us anything concrete then they must feel pretty good about the meeting in general. They were able to continue to keep us in the dark and to successfully test the interactive system.
