PanAmerican BanCorp's first Virtual Open House was held on February 24, 1999. The following
executives were represented and provided information regarding PanAmerican BanCorp and its
subsidiaries:

Results of the Open House
We are thrilled with the response of all Open House participants. Judging by the response, we
feel the test was an overwhelming success, albeit tinged with a few technical difficulties. The
PanAmerican Internet Group is in the process of reviewing the chat log, and compiling a list of all
questions that were posted during the session. Questions and answers from the chat will be
posted shortly on the PanAmerican web site. Questions that were not answered in the chat will be
addressed and answered on the web site as well.

PanAmerican Internet Group will also conduct an post-analysis of the Virtual Open House in
regards to technology and how to make the the Open House a more user-friendly and workable
format for future use.

PanAmerican BanCorp has definite plans to use this format more frequently to communicate with
interested parties.

Company information
All interested parties should only pay attention to official company information from PanAmerican
BanCorp. We are concerned about providing accurate and timely information. Therefore,
PanAmerican will be setting up a new Investor Relations department, which will be available to
take questions and provide information on a daily basis.

Interested parties are urged to check the PanAmerican BanCorp web site for accurate
information. The newly-formed PanAmerican Internet Group has assumed responsibility for
maintaining and updating the site, and will work in conjunction with the Investor Relations
department to provide more information and updates than in the past.

Affordable Housing Group has finished the two models. We currently have over 50 parties
interested in purchasing houses in the $50-100K price range, and at this time we have taken over
20 deposits for houses.

We are still developing the back office for RMC to handle the anticipated volume.

We hope to consolidate all statements and file financial statements by end of Q2.

Name change and cusip
You will be notified shortly that each share of Purewater will become one share of PanAmerican
BanCorp. This will be a ONE FOR ONE exchange. There will be a new symbol for
PanAmerican, and the cusip number will change at this time as well.

Belize
Everything is progressing as planned in Belize. Check the Affordable Housing Group web site for
the letter from Hon. Remijio Montejo, Chairman of National Assembly Committee of Housing
and Education.

There are new photos of the finished model homes on the web site.

700,000,000 shares, and about 150,000,000 in the float.

They are at around .05 and move up, all they do is sell cigars. We have 11 more companies working for us and sell real services. All that matters is the float.
