Another thing about that meeting was the issue of the number of shares. The thing that they said about the possibility of a reverse split was that they didn't want to. Not that they wouldn't. Just that they didn't want to. But what they did say that should cause concern in this direction - and I quote - "We have no specific plans in regard the number of shares but we are investigating alternatives."

Though it seems the alternative that they chose was to increase the authorized and outstanding shares. Though what is actually in the float is anyones guess until those financials that are suggested to be due in August again.

While we are being so speculative, {You seem to be the QUEEN of speculation} Lets speculate that there are actually 750,000,000 authorized shares of PRWT. now lets speculate that there ore only 100,000,000 trading in the float, when we R/M with PanAmerican lets speculate that out of the 820,000,000 authorized in our Delaware Inc. Co that there are only 200,000,000 actually printed. and the rest be RETIRED!!!!! HEY IT COULD HAPPEN!!! Now lets speculate that AOL offers to purchase PANAM at $45.00 per share.
