I had an account at Sherson Leehman that was much bigger than that, had it there for a long time and traded quite frequently, so when a hot IPO come around the company would get just so many shares and they would spread the shares between all the brokers. Then the brokers would spread the shares between the preferred clients. Usually clients did not get more than a few hundred shares. But who knows they probably bought shares between themselves. I just dont trust any of theses brokers. Wonder why. EOM
