The transfer agent said this afternoon that Purewater Sciences International (PRWT) has 634 million shares outstanding out of 750 million shares authorized. That only leaves one explanation. this is an assumption of yours and not necessarily fact... earlier barb posted this... Those additional shares are restricted shares used to buy into these companies we have acquired. TA does have them as yet because they are waiting for the new symbol and such. Message 8012342 So.... the question still remains, when were additional share issued and how many? The Isoguy called the TA the other day and reported that he was told 609 Million shares, you call today and the number jumps approx 25M, and John reported it to be a 211Million number jump from what we all thought it was during the virtual meeting.

Time for my TWO CENTS! It's not OVER! Until the Locks On The Door! Right now I see that's far from the CASE! The deck of cards are still on the table with the Ace of Spades at the bottom! What am I worried about? Losing money? Crap! Most of us will, if we sold now anyway! What am I worried about? Negative poster's stepping over heads? Crap! They were going to do that anyway! That's what they live for. What am I worried about? Some of issue's caught us by surprise? Crap! Better the truth and honesty Now! than a bunch of lie's later! What am I worried about? A reverse split? Crap! It that was John's intention's, he would have done it month's ago! What am I worried about? Rosario's company statements? Well, in my personal opinion, He was a person representing a much bigger group. When things didn't go their way, He slammed away. What am I worried about? The amount of share's? That's now, both the investor's and corporation's problem. We are here now in the thick of it. John has not fully explained himself yet! I do not appreciate it when people try to put words in another's mouth I also do not approve of rephrasing issue's that were not clear. I will wait and see how they plan to address these issue's. I have come to terms with myself and I will deal with it. I'm not about to cut and run! I am here! and here is where I will stay. If any of you would like to stand along side me? Fine! If not?
