Indeed they did say that they did not want to do a reverse. But then someone asked about the problem of the number of shares outstanding. And they answered that they were looking at alternatives. You can believe what you want, but they did not say definitively that there will be no reverse split. They did not even discuss the distinction of a split and say a reorganization into a new entity where current shareholders might receive 1 share for each 500 shares of PRWT say. Technically that is not a reverse split, but I bet your rear end won't be able to feel the difference.
