You are making a lot of negative remarks about the CEO of AMD. The big problem I see looming for him is that he will be unable to meet the needs of all the OEM's running away from PIII.

Not a bad predicament to be in.

Yousef, AMD has a rotten board. How does he withstand the pressure to change?, is it the power of the omnibus proxy coupled with apathy?, or does Jerry have 35% control or?
AMD will have a good time of it over the next few months, if they can capitalise on the Intel blunders of late.
