And those OEMs would be ... ?

Remember that the privacy advocates extended their Pentium III boycott to include OEMs who sell systems built around the Pentium III. I seriously doubt that the OEMs were quivering in fear back then, and I don't think that the OEMs are quivering in fear now, as long as Intel continues to work the issue.
