thanks for your timely post.

After reading the article again, I think Mr. Wayne Arnold had been duped. I have searched and have not been able to find another source to substantiate Wayne Arnold's article.

May be an official response from CDG to the WSJ is warranted.

Hopes don't represent facts and what if the WSJ article does match reality and the Chinese fall for the same ?

What are your comments on the recent USA proposal of WP-CDMA for 3G that includes Golden Bridges IPR that claims to by pass the Q's IPR ?

Everything through out the years affords the investors what I call alphabet soup as far as the industry acronyms go so a simple yes or no will do .
