Raven, I didn't have any 0.50 shares, but I did get my first ones at 0.93, held them all through the run (not the best thinking I've done, that) and would've added in the high 2's, except for not having funds (sometimes it's lucky NOT to have the money or margin available, isn't it?).

It's unlikely to re-ignite and run so high and fast I'll be able to retire by March 1st on the profits, but I'm reasonably convinced these people have some semblance of a business plan that may well go, so I actually added more yesterday at 1 3/8, and again today at 1 1/8 and 1, more than quadrupling the original number I hold.

I do believe odds are still excellent for ALFN to quickly get back to its 52 week high.

Good luck (and patience),
~Owl

Oh, and to the poster who made a fuss over the value of an original 50s Mr. Potato Head - I'm STILL scratching my head, and I collect toys from the 20s through the 60s (I have hundreds). What on earth does a $5000 collectible have to do with owning ALFN stock? Even if one were to buy some of these little capsule doothingies they sell and they become collectible, I doubt many of us have a 40-50 year investment horizon. Surely, someone else will have all my toys by then...

Hope we'll still come out ahead, but I'd be the last to guess at it at the moment. I'm still hearing the "7 to 10 dollars by the end of the week" resounding in my ears from last week and am now skeptical. Still, let's hope...

Do you suppose this "helping" poster sold and moved on? With such exciting predictions...unless he never believed them in the first place...Oh well, he probably got some to buy, and others not to sell...

OTYes, Blitz, I DO feel your pain, because it's mine too. I made small amounts getting in and out but I lost out on making a WAD (I was originally in at 0.50) because I just wanted a BIGGER wad. (I think it's called greed.)

I have a thought...

We all say, that when we hold onto a stock when we are up BIG,
and we don't sell, that this is called greed, now...

Part of it is greed, but there is another part to it:

It's all about feeling good, about getting to be a part of something
really exciting, it's sorta like a party.
I remember how good I felt after Friday's close, I couldn't wait for the following Monday, it's not just the money, you sorta feel luck,
a sense of acheivement, etc.

Sorry for the rambling

P.S. Somebody please kick me for not buying a LOAD of shares
when it dipped under $1.

Thank you :)
