Answers, opinions, and information. I do not know why Capitalism does not post. Perhaps he lurks. Perhaps he is busy. Thanks to Banditjrjr for calling Benz and reporting. I personally do not believe Benz plans to file in April either. The fiscal year ends in April. If "Speedway" sells, it will be in the 4th quarter. To include the sale in the report, it will be a 10-K and would come out 4-6 weeks after the year end. Thus I predict June as the earliest file date. This is significant due to 1) the information we could learn about the company; and 2) the credibility gap we have established with management. Someone on RB suggested MVEE doesn't have the money to file (requires $70-80,000). Irregardless, management has shown its colors. Some say the Canadian filing at SEDAR is the same as a SEC filing. Yeah, the only things missing in the Canadian report is the phrase "audited," details about litigation the company is involved in, details about the capital structure, management's discussion of operations, background of the principals, etc. Yeah, they are practically the same documents. Some people have asked whether they should sell. Consider. . if I were really good at this game, I would be in the Cayman Islands right now. Some people think the company is going down the tubes. Some people think the big turnaround is right around the corner. By the end of this post, you'll know everything of substance I know about this company, so it's your call. My guess is that the seller has 3+ million shares to go. Four cents is a possibility. I received a PM from someone who attended the screening of "Speedway". This individual predicts the movie will be popular with the age group for which it is intended, that 6 companies are interested, and a deal will be announced soon. I attribute this individual with high credibility. Sorry I'm unable to respond personally to all PM's but life is very busy now and sharing information with the thread is priority. Regards, Suzanne
