Re: PWEB... John, according to the company they have 10MM shrs o/s and a float of 3MM... they are OTC however and cannot be easily shorted for that reason. Most brokerages will not allow shorting of
OTC stocks.

John... Outstanding shares in PWEB is 10 million. The float is about 3 million shares.

With regards to financials, I think I recall that Asphalt was a non-reporting company. I don't know if PWEB ever plans on becoming a fully reporting company. I would think not. They have no sales and probably never will.

I am familiar with the PR company, Columbia Financial. They are internet hypers, in the chat rooms, on the bulletin boards. You know the story. Their stocks always have a PAID for, "buy" recommendation, by some bullshit analyst. Their press releases are always sure to include lofty projected sales figures and bogus contracts. I know they did AETI last year and the company went from $3 to about 25 cents by the time all were out.
