Well Jeff, I wrote the answers down as John supplied them, and the mention of 820 MILLION shares was for outstanding shares. There should not be any interpretation problem with this as it was clearly printed OUTSTANDING shares. Now, I will address this silly nonsense that maybe John was talking about PanAm and not PRWT... think about it, PanAm is not a publicly traded entity, yet... why in the world would John tell PRWT shareholders what the OUTSTANDING share count was for another company and not the one they owned shares in? You're all in denial.
