Take your skepticims else where OK. A committment letter is the same as an LOI which is legally binding if you do your legal 090 skills for Corporate LAW. Lets get on to bigger and better info. Like When will construction resume, will they sell the block intervals that buyers have presented or go it alone? This is good material. Looks like this guy is another day trader making money on every swing and preventing it from an expeditious move to 4-5 cents. Well, they will not stop it anyway. P.S. Much of this stock is tightly held so this is churning on the part of the market manipulators to gain some $$ an every .0001 of a cent. We will not see these ranges again in the near term so get used to it boys! ( and girls sorry).
