That is insane - I was timing Scotia yesterday - about a minute from hitting the last confirm key online until execution - 2 min max. As we all know it must pop up on a screen at the brokerage office and they pass it to the floor.

Bill, with CIBC Investors Edge they now display a message telling us that, you can't get into Open Orders for 1 hour after market open and 1/2 hour before market close.. So, if you have a buy order sitting there and you want to change it online, you are out of luck.. I mean have you ever heard anything so pathetic, and they have the nerve to call what they offer electronic online trading..yeah right..I know what I would call it, but i would get the boot from SI, if I expressed it here.. ze gyp
