But do you take my point? Since very little is circulated during local campaigns,.... No I don't. By normal convention a campaign with few issues implies that the candidate(s) are more or less for the status quo. These people intended to make radical changes but never mentioned it outside the protected enclave of their fundamentalist churches. If they were decent humans they would have given a clue. Interest and money may be low but all candidates are given a chance to write a small article for the newspapers in which they state the reasons why you should vote for them. Their articles gave no hint of their intentions. This was a serious lie of omission. These were vile and malicious people. TP
