Thean/DrS,
NOVL broke out in a pretty big way today in anticipation of strong earnings report today and anal-yst upgrades. Had a whole day's volume in by 10AM. My call did really well. I hope I didn't screw up by holding on to it thru the close. You guys think I should "sell on the news"?
I see another issue I peek at periodically had a big day despite the down market. Could IATV have just set up for another leg up? The last two were over 50%ers.
Boy, that SPNSF sure likes to close strong, doesn't it? Its just sat there all day long and then surged at the close for what, four days running now. Ended up putting in better than 2X volume again today. How long can it go on?
Did any of us actually get in MACR? The market's been tough on it the last two days but it managed to bounce off what looks like an intersection of a bunch of trend lines today. Would you call that strong support? Maybe if the market continues the afternoon rally tomorrow MACR can get back on track. Not much room left under it anymore though.
And what got into FLC? Some misguided bottom fishers? Maybe it just got low enough to scalp a wee bounce. Not me though. That sector's going to have to show me something more before I go drilling for oil again!
