Thanks Hal, but what about that new facility? Those things don't come cheap.

What Mike is primarily worried about here is not so much Mr. Bramson's judgment as his own. Supposing Mr. B. has judged it perfectly (which would be his best strategy), there may be a long quie period before the next set of exciting developments. During that time the stock might drift sideways to down putting pressure on the small investors (namely, me).

The little dip just now I read as some small players getting margin calls on a down day in the rest of the market. . . take profits where you can.

Please, I do not see any compelling need to launch an IPO or to Spin-off anything at this time. If I can't see the forest because I'm looking at the trees, show me where to look for a need for such an action.
