just my opinion.. I don't think that there is a conspiracy but...at a 60% tax rate on fuel, how much revenue has the government received by the posters on this thread alone in the past month. I don't think that we will see any powers jumping on board soon until everyone starts screaming about the environment or Ottawa is choking on pollution. Ballard can move along because they don't pose a threat to the revenues for 10 years. Just my cynical view towards the government because I received a T-3 trust income statement for my 3 and 5 year old. Colin (I'm holding until this stock is 10 bucks)
