AienTech, Good point. I pulled this from the BMCS SEC Amendment filed today: "The financial statement revisions are presentation matters only and have no impact on BMC Software's historical, current or future operating results. The historical BGS results now included in the BMC Software financial statements have always been publicly available, because BGS was a separately traded public company prior to the acquisition. While BMC Software expanded certain disclosures regarding its in-process research and development charges, no adjustments were made of such amounts. The Company expects that the Boole & Babbage merger will close by the end of March."
