But he bought it back at a higher price than what he sold it for. That would cancel that theory.

Listen Jeff, the point is that this person knowingly mislead the readers of this thread by somehow using the "Daniel Miller" user name. Daniel has become a trusted source of information for many investors and this person knew that and took advantage of it by impersonating Daniel. This is clearly a violation of SI policies, and may (or may not) be illegal. How can you compare this person to Daniel? Who is Daniel impersonating?
