Frank: In light of the government intentions I would lighten up on INTC and MSFT. In exchange buy more DELL -- it is an emerging e-commerce "Gorilla" and has no monopoly isssues to deal with. DELL is also growing faster than the "traditional Gorillas." This is just my opinion and I could be a little biased when it comes to DELL!!!! Regards, Scott
